4. Shipping and Delivery : We aim to process and ship orders within the same day if orders are done before 3pm. Delivery times may vary based on location. If by any chance there are delays caused by the shipping carrier or other circumstances beyond our control, we shall communicate.

5. Returns and Refunds : If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 office days of receiving your order for a return authorization. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
