We take great care in inspecting all products before they are shipped to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and condition. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Return/ Exchange : You may request an exchange within 3 office days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed and undamaged.
- In their original packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products that have been washed.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Damaged items (After use).
3. Communication with Our Team:
- Prior communication must be made with our team regarding any damaged or defective items.
- A clear picture of the damaged product and the order number is required to verify and process the return or exchange claim.
* If a product is out of stock and item received is faulty, a refund shall be issued as the only exception to our return policy.
4. Return Shipping : Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Important Note:
For exchanges, the product must be brought to our store before we can process and send out the replacement.
